I am an amateur canning fanatic. I have only been doing it for a few years and am constantly learning new things. I love canning blogs because I learn so many things from other people, and it's a great place to find new recipes! But I have also learned that I learn many things from peoples failures as well as their successes. Thus this is not a canning blog full of pretty pictures of beautiful preserves made by a master canner. This blog will be full of my mistakes and hopefully my successes! It will be a learning experience for me and hopefully you all can learn from my failures and triumphs!
